ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may be delayed by a few days; if a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you by email.

 

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY (UNITED KINGDOM)

Shipping is free on all UK orders.

Express Shipping: 1-5 business days from dispatch, free of charge.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

 

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

 

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@foxrowofficial.com with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We review every case individually and will work with you toward a satisfactory solution.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
